Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers is a family-owned, Scottish, independent company engaged in bottling and whisky production. It is owned by one of the oldest and most renowned families associated with the whisky industry in Scotland. As brokers, whisky blending specialists, bottlers and distillers, they have been operating in the industry for over five generations. Today, the company is owned by Jamie Morrison, grandson of Stanley Morrison, who owned the Bowmore distillery (Morrison Bowmore Distillers) from 1963 to 1994. In 2017, by building the Aberargie distillery from the ground up, the Morrison family returned to whisky distilling.
