Rose 2024 from Winnica Turnau is a Polish still rosé wine from Baniewice in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, produced from red grape varieties. Winnica Turnau, established in Baniewice in the municipality of Banie, bases its programme on hybrids and varieties suited to the cool climate of West Pomerania. The vintage Rosé is among its most frequently awarded wines – the 2024 vintage was a laureate of the Polskie Korki 2025 competition, taking a Silver Cork in the rosé wine category.
The wine is made from a blend of red varieties grown at the vineyard. Across various vintages, Turnau's labels have featured Rondo, Regent, Pinot noir and Cabernet franc – the 2023 vintage was rated 90 points by Falstaff Wein and was made from Regent, Rondo, Pinot noir and Cabernet franc grown in the Banie municipality region of Poland. The vineyard lies in West Pomerania, and since 2010 its development has been supported by Rhineland winemaker Frank Faust.
The flavour profile is dominated by the fruit of the red varieties. According to the producer's description, this is a wine of deep pink colour with a refreshing character, in which aromas of summery red fruits come together, while the palate shows delicate acidity and a strawberry finish that lingers long. The alcohol content is 11%, and the wine is classified as semi-dry.
