V-Double is a Polish clear vodka created from a blend of wheat and spelt spirits. V.Double Vodka is a brand created for connoisseurs of premium spirits, born of family passion, a long distilling tradition and ambitious pursuits, with its character defined by the quality of the raw materials used. The product bears the seal of the Wawrzyniak Brothers, symbolising shared passions, respect for family traditions and brotherhood in business.

The foundation of this vodka is the combination of two grains. The vodka is based on a blend of spirits obtained from wheat and spelt, subjected to carbon-platinum filtration and extended maturation – both before and after filtration. The distinguishing element of the process is the aeration of the distillate. The spirit is matured at length before and after filtration, and then aerated three times to release the full depth of flavour and aroma.

The sensory profile is led by sweetness and fruity-floral notes. V.Double is characterised by a sweet aroma with hints of plum, earthiness and floral notes, while on the palate it is silky and expressive, with subtle nutty and oily tones. The finish reveals a subtle bitterness reminiscent of rowanberry along with a minty refreshment; it is long and oily, and at the very end warmingly peppery. The spirit is bottled in 0.7 l bottles at 40% ABV.
