Introduction: The French 75 is a drink worth reaching for when you want to serve something special – while not wanting to spend half the evening at the bar. Four ingredients, a sugar rim on the glass and you're done. Ingredients: 40 ml gin (e.g. Mayfair London Dry) 80 ml prosecco (e.g. Prosecco Botter) 30 ml lemon juice 20 ml sugar syrup How to make a French 75? First prepare the glass: pour 1/3 of lemon juice onto a saucer, and sprinkle some sugar on a board next to it. Dip the rim of the glass in which you'll be serving the cocktail in the lemon juice, then roll it in the sugar. Mix the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup, then pour into the prepared glass and top up with prosecco.
