Pouilly-sur-Loire to apelacja w dolinie Loary dla białych, wytrawnych win wytwarzanych z winogron Chasselas, uprawianych na obszarze wokół miasta Pouilly-sur-Loire. Przed epidemią filoksery (druga połowa XIX wieku) Chasselas było najbardziej popularną odmianą w regionie. Wino skomponowane jest wyłącznie z gron Chasselas, pochodzących z bardzo starych, ok 80-letnich krzewów. Fermentacja i krótkie dojrzewanie przebiegały w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej. Jasnozłota barwa z zielonkawymi refleksami. Typowo dla apelacji, wino jest lekkie i ma niższą kwasowość niż Sauvignon z Loary. Aromatycznie jest dość neutralne, Świeże i orzeźwiające.
