100% gron Cabernet Sauvignon zebranych wczesnym rankiem, ze starannie wyselekcjonowanych działek w Western Cape. Połowa wina fermentowała w tradycyjnych, otwartych kadziach, pozostała część w kadziach stalowych, następnie dojrzewało przez 12 miesięcy w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Aromat typowy dla odmiany Cabernet Sauvignon, pokazujący ciemne owoce. W smaku soczysty owoc uzupełniony jest miękką taniną i prowadzi do długiego finiszu.
