Znakomita, wytrawna (tylko 3,5 g/litr) Franciacorta bazująca głównie na gronach Pinot Nero (85%) uzupełnionych Chardonnay, które kilka miesięcy spędziło w dębinie. Wino po zabutelkowaniu dojrzewało na osadzie 36 miesięcy. Maceracja Pinot Noir na skórkach nadała winu kolor, głębię, złożoność i intensywność. W bukiecie wyraźne nuty jagód i dojrzałych, czerwonych owoców. Na podniebieniu pełne, krągłe, o bogatej strukturze. Wino idealne jako aperitif, ale znakomicie komponuje się z wędlinami, grillowanymi mięsami oraz serami pleśniowymi.
