Nazwa tego wykwintnego, stworzonego w limitowanej ilości jedynie 868 butelek wina, pochodzi od dziko rosnącej na skraju winnic rośliny. Wino jest kompozycją najwyższej jakości wyselekcjonowanych gron Grenache, poddane zostało dojrzewaniu przez dziesięć miesięcy w lekko tostowanych beczkach z dębu francuskiego, a kolejne dwa lata spędziło w butelkach. Wino o kwiatowych aromatach z łagodną nutą przypraw. W ustach złożone, jedwabiste oraz bardzo delikatne.
