Composition 95% Tempranillo complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon (3%) and Merlot (2%). Aged briefly (2 months) in American and European oak barrels, as well as one month in a ceramic amphora. It has a dark, very intensely purple color. The aroma features fresh notes of red and black berries complemented by vanilla and a balsamic accent. On the palate, very nice balance and soft, pleasant tannins. Alongside abundant fruitiness, we detect an intriguing, spicy accent. Ideal with mature and marinated meats, mushrooms, pâtés, pizza, and mild cheeses.
