Wyjątkowy blend Grenache, Mourvèdre i Malbec, do którego grona zbierane są z winorośli zasadzonych w 1858 roku w dolinie Eden. Bardzo niska wydajność, ręczny zbiór i mocno limitowana ilość butelek. To znakomite wino, po konwersji malolaktycznej, dojrzewało przez 18 miesięcy w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Cechuje je urocza, kwiatowo-korzenna złożoność z nutami leśnych owoców, pieprzu i imbiru.
