Wino skomponowane z najważniejszej odmiany ciemnych gron w Hiszpanii, czyli Tempranillo. Po zakończonej fermentacji leżakowało w beczce z dębu amerykańskiego przez rok, a następnie 6 miesięcy w butelce. W zapachu nuty dębiny, przypraw i dojrzałych czarnych jagód z akcentem balsamicznym. W ustach bogate i jedwabiste, z dobrą kwasowością i mocną strukturą. Długie, z dojrzałymi taninami. Polecane do czerwonych mięs, gulaszy, jagnięciny, pieczeni, dojrzałych serów i dzikiego ptactwa (szczególnie kuropatwy).
