Exception, czyli wyjątkowe, gdyż jest to białe wino wytworzone z ciemnych winogron odmiany Malbec. Grona do produkcji tego wina są zbierane wcześniej niż do czerwonych win, aby zachować ich świeżość i kwasowość. Poddawane winifikacji jak białe wino, w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej.
