Granello narodziło się jako eksperyment z nietypową dla regionu odmianą winogron i techniką produkcji. W efekcie powstało wyjątkowe, słodkie wino bazujące w 95% na idealnie dojrzałych gronach Sauvignon Blanc. Owoce były poddane procesowi podsuszania przez 20 dni, a następnie wino fermentowało i dojrzewało w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej. Przepiękna, złota barwa. Aromat złożony, z uwypuklonym akcentem melona, brzoskwini, miodu i waty cukrowej. W ustach jest gładkie, ładnie ułożone, z idealną równowagą pomiędzy słodyczą, a kwasowością. Trwały i mocno owocowy finisz.
