Wino zbudowane głównie na bazie owoców Malbec (85%) z dodatkiem Merlot (10%) i Tannat (5%) zbieranych ze starych min trzydziestoletnich winorośli. Dojrzewało przez 12 miesięcy w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Aromat malin, wiśni i jeżyn, z akcentem mięty i lukrecji. Dobra struktura i duża koncentracja – tak charakterystyczne dla wysokiej jakości win z Cahors. Długi potencjał dojrzewania, podczas którego wino przepięknie się rozwija. Doskonałe do dojrzewających wędlin, foie gras, grillowanych i pieczonych mięs.
