U'Luvka Signature is a Polish grain vodka bottled in a distinctive, asymmetrical bottle with an elongated neck. The name is pronounced "you-love-ka". The recipe is traced back to a 16th-century court legend, and its contemporary version was recreated by Elżbieta Gołdyka.

Its foundation is a blend of three grains. Today's recipe is based on 50% Polish rye, 25% wheat and 25% barley. U'Luvka is a vodka produced in Poland in small batches, distilled from a mash of rye, wheat and barley, presented in its characteristic "crooked" bottle. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

On the nose the vodka remains clean and restrained. A subtle aroma with delicate notes of Brazil nut, mint and anise. On the palate the structure of the blend reveals itself. A clean, rounded, slightly dry, mineral base with very subtle accents of black pepper, aniseed, Brazil nut and savoury, salted butter. The finish is delicate, herbal and spicy, with pronounced black pepper and fennel.

The signature of the style is its creamy, buttery texture. Initially delicate, with a creamy, slightly buttery character and a balance of sweetness, dryness and spiciness underpinned by a rye note, developing further into anise-like freshness and spice. This is a vodka conceived to be drunk neat and well chilled, rather than masked in heavily sweetened mixed drinks.
